The Lakeview House
Sits majestically atop Tower Hill where the most commanding views of Lake Winnipesaukee can be seen. The Lakeview House is the oldest continuing working hotel in Laconia having been established in 1860. Sit and relax on the porch with the gorgeous view of the lake!
The Captain’s Suite
This two-bedroom suite features a “million-dollar” view of Lake Winnipesaukee. No other view can compare. This suite is located on the second floor of the Lakeview House (see the bank on windows in the photo).Spacious living room/dining room/kitchen combination with two bedrooms (one with a queen bed; one with a double bed) and a full bath – you will never want to leave.
The Bungalow
A quaint, no-frills one-room unit with living room/bedroom combination with a kitchenette and bath with shower. With its separate entrance – a cozy little hideaway.

The Single Rooms
The Lakeview has several single rooms – Rooms 1 & 2 have private baths and queen size beds. Rooms 9, 10 and 11 feature great views of the lake and the Weirs and share a bath in hall.
Looking for economy? We also have some rooms that share the common baths in the hall but have no views.
All are clean, comfy for casual relaxation. Guests in these rooms have use of the common living room of the Lakeview House and there is a common refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker for guest use.
All suites and rooms in the Inns have daily housekeeping service.
