Waterski & Stay
Whether you are a beginner or experience, our certified US Waterski Level II Coach will have you skiing in no time. All equipment provided including a competition ski boat!
Mid-week only; weather permitting. One-week advance notice required. Special rates apply.
Kayak & Stay
Glide along the lake in a single or double kayak. All equipment provided - kayak, oars, life vest. Choose a smaller lake or go out on the big lake. Mid-week stays only. Weather permitting. Room rate plus $50
Romance & Stay
Enjoy a two-night stay and explore the Lakes Region together. Upon arrival you will enjoy a snack of cheese, crackers and fruit along with a bottle of champagne (or sparkling cider) in your room. Let us then prepare a customized itinerary based on your preferences. For instance, we can arrange dinner reservations at one of the local restaurants, show tickets at Meadowbrook Musical Arts or the Winnipesaukee Playhouse (based on availability), cruise tickets, antiquing trips, or a private boat tour.
Room rate plus $65/night plus cost of event tickets.
Weddings, Reunions and Special Events
Overlooking picturesque Lake Winnipesaukee, we are an ideal setting for your wedding, commitment ceremony, anniversary or other social event. Our historic Inns, with their wraparound porches, are the perfect gathering spot. Guests may also use the common areas of the Inns - living room, dining room and kitchens. We can arrange catering and coordinate the details for your function.

We have been the desired location for many a family reunion. Close to the beach and all attractions, we appeal to all ages. There is something for everyone! Our landscaped grounds can accommodate groups for barbequing, volleyball games and lots of pool fun!
